Authors Instructions

The proceedings of RAAD 2024 will be published in an ISI indexed book in Springer series Mechanisms and Machine Science. Please prepare your manuscript according to the Springer Book manuscript guidelines. On this page, Word and LaTeX templates are available.

Please, keep in mind the following points:

Only submissions in PDF-format are admissible. The submission should already be formatted according to the Springer guidelines.
The paper length must not exceed 8 pages.
If your contribution is accepted, we will need the source file of your.
One author of each accepted contribution must:
- register for the conference
- pay the conference fee in due time, and
- show herself/himself at the conference to present the paper.
The registration fee is nominal and non-transferable. The registered author should attend the conference.

Submission website: The paper submissions will be done via the Springer Equinocs platform. We will provide soon a link to the conference page.

Manuscript presentation:

Oral presentations are 15 mins followed by 3 mins of questions and will be assigned to the according sessions depending on the topic.
